Here's what we mean by: • Affiliate: any company that controls Activeledger or is controlled by it. • Country: Washington, United States • Company: Activeledger and the website. • Device: a computer, phone, or tablet you use to access the site. • Service: the Activeledger website and our retail operations. • Terms and Conditions: this whole agreement between you and us. • Third-party Social Media Service: content from other platforms we show on our site. • Website: Activeledger. • You: whoever is using this site.
Acknowledgment
These Terms control how you use Activeledger and lay out what you can and can't do. Accessing the site means you accept these terms. Don't use it if you disagree with any part. You're confirming you're at least 18. We don't let anyone younger than that use this service.
Links to Other Websites

Termination

Activeledger comes as-is with whatever problems exist. We don't guarantee anything about it—not that it works, that it's accurate, that it's safe, or that it's free of viruses and bugs. It might go down. It might have errors. We're not making any promises about that.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

Compliance & Regulations
EU users: your country's consumer protection laws cover you. US users: you're saying you're not under a US embargo and not on any banned parties list.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of this is unenforceable, we'll adjust it to what the law allows and the rest stays in place. Not enforcing something once doesn't mean we won't enforce it later. Letting one breach slide doesn't mean we'll let the next one go.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We can change these Terms whenever. Big changes get 30 days' notice. Keep using the site and you're accepting the new version. This became effective August 5, 2026.
